How accessible is the window or siding? Does it require a lot of ladder work, scaffolding or a boom?

 

What is the type of substrate to be painted? Vinyl? Aluminum or Steel? Stucco or Brick?

 

What is the current condition of the surface to be painted? Is the existing paint peeling? Are there large dents to be repaired? Is there mold or growth?

The following prices are assuming the current factory paint condition is sound and minimal if any repairs are to be made.

 

Single door / Entrance doors

1 slab exterior side + frame 400-600$

Patio door pricing depends on the number of panels the door has and the thickness of the frame.

4 panels / 2 screens 1200-1500$

Window pricing mostly depends on the amount of panels or panes of glass your window has, and the style of the window, be it casement, operator or fixed.

The average cost of a vinyl or aluminum window to be cleaned and sprayed 100-300$.

Larger windows such as bay windows 500-1000$.
