The procedures we use can be broken down into 3 steps. Regardless of substrate, proper preparation and application are paramount to a long lasting, durable finish.

Step 1: Masking

The area surrounding the surface to be painted must be protected from overspray and sanding/cleaning debris.

We use a combination of tape, paper and plastic to ensure we leave no over spray and have an easy cleanup when finished.

Step 2: Prep

Depending on the substrate, the cleaning and sanding methods can vary. We customize a detailed preparation plan for each project that we do.

Most of the time, we first clean the substrate with a mild soap or bleach or tsp based product and water.

Then we sand using the appropriate grit.

A final clean/solvent wipe to remove any leftover sanding debris.

Step 3: Application

Most of our projects are sprayed with compressed air and a conventional HVLP setup.

This allows us to achieve a brand new factory finish and a long lasting paint job.

Each paint product has specifics in terms of mil thickness and application techniques.

We only employ the most skilled and detail oriented paint sprayers to ensure high quality work.
